How to Order:
You can order from us by simply finding the product you want and clicking
on the ORDER button next to that product. The website will automatically
put the product in the shopping basket. You can check on the contents of
your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the green VIEW CART
button near the top of the page under the waterfall picture.

Hint: We suggest that you consider ordering more than one or two items
from us in case we are unable to supply one and have to refund for it - we
would still need to charge our flat shipping fee for what we do send you
and this might prevent you from getting the full advantage of our discounted
freight offer (see Delivery Costs section below)

Faxed Orders:
We now accept FAXED ORDERS for orders within Australia.

To fax an order please visit the link below and print out the required OAO
Order Fax Form.

Please complete all relevant sections and fax it to us at 07 3252 0062.

We will then email you the freight cost and revised Order Total for
approval before we process your order.

 

We will then email you or fax back an Order Confirmation once your order
has been processed.

 

You must still have a valid email address to use this service.

Paying for your order:
For security reasons, we are unable to take telephone orders.
Orders are processed more quickly if you order though our website
and pay by Credit Card, BPAY, Money Order, Cheque, Direct Deposit 
& PayPal. 

We accept most credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American
Express cards.

Please note that due to the seasonal nature in the supply of some organic
products, your order may take between 3-10 business days to dispatch. 

A delay can occur if you order many different types of products in the one
order, some of which may or may not be in stock.

In some cases it will be necessary for us to refund the cost of some items
that will be unavailable for some time (usually more than one month). This
refund will be made direct to your credit card account or by direct deposit
to your bank account, or by cheque.

Also, due to manufacturer's changing ingredients based on varying supply
of organic/biodynamic raw materials, some product ingredients may vary 
from those listed on our website. We have no control over these often
sudden changes, but we will try to keep information up to date where
possible.

and personal information is encryted to prevent unauthorised access

Delivery Costs
At Organics Australia Online we know that freight costs are the main
concern for customers shopping in our online store. Therefore, we use
a subsidised freight charging system.

The subsidised freight charges provide major savings for most of our
customers with all orders to destinations within Australia costing no
more than $6.95 for the first 2kgs (packed or cubed weight), and no more  
than an additional $2.00 for each addtional kilogram.

Please note that Cubed Weight refers to the actual size of the parcel
rather than the weight alone. Australia Post determine parcel by either
the actual weight or the parcel size whichever is the greater. Sometimes
the Cubed Weight can be considerably more than the actual weight if
you order large light-weight items. This is why the freight cost might
be higher than you might expect as per the actual weight.

discounted freight offer.

Please note: the discounted freight offer is not available for orders to
destinations outside Australia - to which international freight costs will
still apply or for orders shipped by other suppliers on our behalf.

International orders usually take 10-14 business days to reach their
destinations by International Airmail. We now provide automatic
parcel insurance for orders to destinations outside Australia. This
is now included in the shipping cost.

The website automatically calculates delivery costs based on the above
system and tells you the total freight charge at the checkout before you
pay for & confirm your order.

Terms & Conditions
All products remain the property of Organics Australia Online until fully paid
for. Delivery will be made after payment is received in full.

We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to
you, except we shall provide you with a refund or replacement if there are any
defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise excluded to
the extent allowed by law.

These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed
by the laws of Queensland Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland in respect of these terms and
conditions.
