The freshness of mint, whilst wonderfully clean and invigorating, can overpower other flavours when they are combined. For this reason, the goal for the mint bar was to achieve the correct ratio of dark chocolate shell to mint fondant filling. We hope you agree that neither the chocolate nor the mint dominate, but instead complement each other perfectly.
