Homeopathic Melatonin may assist with relieving stress mild anxiety and nervous tension. It can be used to treat insomnia (with difficulty falling asleep and/ or staying asleep) It can as well be taken to prevent jet lag.
Melatonin is a key metabolic hormone produced by most living creatures. It is a hormone normally produced by your body in your brain, by the pneal gland. It serves to trigger the body's sleep response. As we age, or when we are under stress we tend to produce less of this hormone. Melatonin may help our bodies know when it is time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up.
Adult dosage: Take 1-3 tablets 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare professionla. the tablets should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve slowly
