Directions
* Vaporiser traditional - Fill dish with water, light candle, add 4-6 drops of essential oil
* Vaporiser electric - Add 4-6 drops of essential oil directly onto dish
* Steam inhalation - Fill bathroom sink or large bowl with hot water add 2 drops essential oil, lean over and cover head with towel, breath slowly. Do not have head covered for more then 30 seconds at a time.
* Tissue - Add 2-5 drops of essential oil to a tissue, keep it with you for when you need it.

Caution: Bergamot oil is photo-toxic and can cause severe burns when used on skin that has been exposed or will be exposed to sunlight due to the high bergaptene content.
