Bilberry – helps to build strong healthy capillaries that carry vital nutrients to eye muscles and nerves. The potent antioxidant compounds in Bilberry fruit, which are called anthocyanidins, speed the replenishing of rhodopsin, a purple pigment that specialised nerve cells in the retina use for night vision.
Eyebright – eases inflammation and reduces discharge from eyes affected by disease, allergies or pollutants. Eyebright also aids the healing process of damaged eyes and helps clear the sight. Its common name, “Eyebright”, is derived from rich traditional use as a nutritional support for the eyes.
Dosage: Adults 2ml (two full droppers) in water or juice 3-4 times per day. For faster absorption place liquid directly under tongue.
