Extra Virgin coconut oil is extracted from fresh white coconut meat with no chemicals used during the production process. Aclara Health Extra Virgin Coconut oil is biologically pure. On cold days it is a sparkling white ( solid, similar to butter texture) and is crystallized below 21 degrees (cold days) and crystal clear in liquid oil state above 21 degrees on hot day . This gentle process allows the oil to retain all its natural goodness including fresh coconut essence, vitamin E and lauric acid.
