Brauer - infant stomach calm liquid 100ml
What is it for?
Assists in the treatment of stomach ache, upset stomach, indigestion, reflux, diarrhoea and and constipation. If diarrhoea persists for more than 12 hours in children under 2 years, 24 hours in children of 2 - 6 years or 48 hours in children over 6 years, consult your healthcare practitioner.
Helpful hints
- To help prevent and relieve constipation, encourage your child to eat fibre rich foods and drink plenty of water.
- Wash hands with soap and water for 30 seconds before preparing food and after going to the toilet. This will help to reduce the spread of bacteria that cause diarrhoea.
- Avoid spicy, rich foods and eat small, frequent meals to help control indigestion and heartburn.
Dosage
Infants and children 6 months to 2 years: Initially, give 1 mL every half hour for 4 doses. Thereafter, 4 hourly. Children 2 to 12 years: Initially give 2 mL every half hour for 4 doses. Thereafter, 4 hourly. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. A convenient measuring dropper is supplied with every liquid.
