Kialla - organic wholemeal bread mix 2kg
Makes a dark brown, medium weight loaf. The basic recipe can be varied with the addition of fresh herbs or a combination of seeds (e.g. Kialla sunflower kernels, Kialla linseed or Kialla hulled millet) to the bread mix.
Ingredients: Kialla Stoneground Wholemeal Plain Flour. Kialla organic Soya Flour, Kialla Ascorbic Acid (allowable under Organic standards) Kialla Bran, Kialla Cold-Pressed Sunflower Oil, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic milk powder, Organic Celtic Natural Salt, Active Dry Yeast(sepatate foil packet) Makes a dark brown, medium weight loaf.
