Head Lice (Nits) are actually bloodsucking parasites, so they will be located on or near the scalp, where they feed, rather than in the hair. To remove the pests quickly and easily, simply rub a LITTLE Bug Rid onto the fingertips, then massage thoroughly into the HEAD and SCALP until absorbed. There is no need to rub excessive amounts into the hair.
When the entire scalp has been treated, brushing the hair with a hair brush will distribute a small amount through the hair to reach the egg sacs. Leave for at least one hour, then simply comb with a fine toothed comb, removing the insects and egg sacs.
