Claridges Organic Manuka Honey meets a rigorous set of standards and conditions. Firstly, the honey and the entire production process, including the source of the nectar, forage area of the bees, management of the bees, extraction process, transportation, processing and packaging materials must comply with organic certification.
Claridges regularly test their honey to make sure there are no harmful chemicals present. Claridges honey is never heated over 40 degrees, because heating honey to high temperatures removes the goodness.
