Herb Valley B6 is a water soluble vitamin of which Pyridoxine Hydrochloride is the main form found in vitamins and supplements. Clinical studies have indicated that B6 is beneficial in treating the symptoms of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS)i including breast tenderness and mood changes. Women with severe pregnancy sickness have been found to have low levels of vitamin B6. A B6 supplement can be an effective treatment for reducing the severity of morning sickness.

Non Active Ingredients: Cellulose-Microcrystalline, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Povidone, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Silica-Colloidal Anhydrous, Hypromellose, Macrogol 400, Carnauba Wax.
Additional Information: No added sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours and sweeteners.
Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults: Take one to two tablets a day with a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Medicine Interactions
- AMIODARONE – Pyridoxine may increase the risk of drug-induced photosensitivity – caution with patients taking pyridoxine and amiodarone concurrently.
- PHENOBARBITAL, PHENYTOIN – Vitamin B6 supplements may lower plasma levels and efficacy of these drugs – consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Cautions and Warnings
- This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride, which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
