Herb Valley Calcium Complete is an optimally balanced Calcium supplement with Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, K1, D3, Boron and Silica.

  • Correctly balanced Calcium to Magnesium 2:1 Ratio.
  • Contains Calcium Citrate which is better absorbed than Calcium Carbonate.
  • Contains Vitamin D which is essential for the utilisation and absorption of Calcium.

Calcium and Magnesium are essential for healthy bones and play an important role in healthy muscle and nerve function.

Non Active Ingredients: Cellulose-Microcrystalline, Croscarmellose Sodium, Sodium Starch Glycollate Type A, Magnesium Stearate, Silica-Colloidal Anhydrous, Povidone, Hypromellose, Macrogol 400, Opadry Y-1-7000 White, Carnauba Wax, Maltodextrin.

Additional Information: Hydroxapitite sourced from cattle. No added sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours and sweeteners.

Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults: Take one to four tablets a day, before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicine Interactions:

  • Calcium, Zinc and Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications.
  • CARDIAC GLYCOSIDES – Calcium may increase the effect of these drugs. Seek medical advice.
  • CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS - Calcium may decrease the hypotensive efficacy of verapamil and other calcium channel blockers. Seek medical advice.
  • Calcium may decrease absorption of biphosphonates, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics and thyroid hormones.
  • If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biophosphonates (an osteoporosis drug), thyroid hormones, methyldopa, carbidopa or levodopa, or penicillamine, separate doses by at least 2 hours. Calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron may decrease absorption of these medications.
