This bread mix is based on Tapioca and Rice Flour and contains a whey powder formula which is free of lactose and is pre-digested.

This mix is very easy to mix and cook. Just pour the contents onto a jug or bowl, add water or milk and an egg and mix with a mixer or hand beater until contents are thoroughly mixed. (Sifting the mix will aid with the rising). Simply spoon into a hot pan, bread tin and bake.

Testing    There is a nutritional analysis provided on all products for consumer information showing the gluten content as nil and all products are low in fat.

This bread mix could even fool the 'wheat eaters' as it tastes like wheat and looks like wheat but there is no wheat in it. Makes a dark brown, medium weight loaf. The basic recipe can be varied with the addition of fresh herbs or a combination of seeds (e.g. Kialla sunflower kernels, Kialla linseed or Kialla hulled millet) to the bread mix.
