Problem: A product I want to order won't appear in my Shopping Cart:
Solution: If you are trying to order a product that we no longer stock (and which you may have found from an old Search Engine link), then it will not be added to the cart and the checkout will not work if it is the only product ordered. Please visit the category page for the item or the Brand page and refresh your browser while holding down the Ctrl key.
Problem: The Shopping Cart or the top part of the webpage graphics don't display at all on my computer
Solution: Our Shopping Cart/Checkout require Adobe Flash* or similar to be enabled on your computer to run the shopping cart & checkout.
For a PC-Based device, you may need to download the software from the following link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP this software is not suitable for Apple devices because Apple do not allow Adobe Flash to run on their devices.
For an Apple iPad you may need to download iSwifter* software from iTunes which is a type of bridging software to enable your device to display most websites with Adobe Flash shopping carts. To do this, please visit iTunes on your device and search for iSwifter*. There may be a small cost for this software.
Once you have the iSwifter* software you just need to enter the URL for Organics Australia Online - www.oao.com.au into the top bar and you can view our website normally on an iPad and the Shopping Cart & Checkout will work normally
If this is all too much trouble, please try ordering from a PC computer, rather than an Apple device.
